At what point do you change your approach?

“Diet and Exercise” has been a failing mantra for years. How long will people lie to themselves? For some, apparently forever.

You are waking up and realizing a change from routine is necessary.

Part of that routine is the way you think. Your body has become lazy in the old ways of doing things, but you are aware enough to wake up and shake up the old thoughts that no longer serve you.
